AND THE BLOODBATH continues on for millionaires awarding themselves prizes for shows no one watches as the 2022 Emmy's only managed 5.9 million people - and that's including on-line viewers.
The show was down 25% from last year's show, itself the previous record low.
By way of contrast, the show's highest ratings happened 9 years ago when it managed 18 million viewers. If you're thinking that that date is about when Hollywood started going berserk with wokeness, you're not alone.
BTW speaking of that, Jimmy Kimmel - fired from being the host of last year's show for shit ratings - managed to enrage people by laying down on the stage while the writer for ABBOTT ELEMENTARY won the Emmy for best writing. She is black. Exactly why he though it would be cool to completely upstage her isn't known....
...Other than the fact that Jimmy Kimmel is a no-talent ass-hat who managed to lose a basketball game to Ted Cruz. Let that sink in.
Hollywood is either going to stop excoriating half the country while preaching the most bizarrely out of touch "morals," or it will simply cease to exist. As this year's Emmy ratings prove, it's already far too late for award shows.
