IN THE 15 months since Joe Biden was sworn in, the USA has seen a series of unexpected negative events.
From wide-open border, to the first war in Europe since WWII, to massive inflation increases not seen in 2 generations, to the debacle in Afghanistan, to ever more credible stories of widespread voter fraud, to shortages on just about everything, to a huge uptick in violence in big cities, to a continued bungled handling of covid (and zero attempt to punish China for its role), it's been perhaps the worst start to any Presidency.... ever.
Yet it somehow only gets worse for Joe as baby formula shortages have hit all across the country. Making matters worse, when asked about it yesterday, no one at the White House seemed to know who was in charge of finding out why.
And the why, as it turns out, is that Biden's FDA shut down the biggest formula plant in the nation (located in Michigan), without bothering to check and see what effect this would have on the nation. What's truly crazy is that they did this despite no positives for Cronobacter sakazakii or Salmonella.
In other words, just as in Afghanistan and gas prices, this was a completely self-created disaster.
When asked what mothers with starving babies should do, Biden spokesperson Jen Pskai said that they should, "Call their doctor or pediatrician." Because it's well known that poor women often have a doctor's home number on speed dial.
Making the optics even more Biden-like, pics began hitting the internet of pallets of baby formula at illegal immigrant retention centers.
Thus it's yet another, "It can't happen here" story that will be replaced next week with another outrage as Biden continues to flounder.

CNN now reporting that 8 states now effectively have no baby formula available for sale. “Texas, Tennessee, Montana, West Virginia, Nevada, Arizona, Kansas and Delaware,” all have bare shelves CNN reported. Meanwhile, the White House continues to lie about the crisis, with Jen Psaki claiming that it's the top priority for Joe Biden, and that he's been working on it for days despite the tiny fact that he's said not a single word about it publicly and the tiny fact that the FDA is the sole cause of the crisis.Biden's hired liars, er reps also claimed that it is not a "crisis" except of course that it is for any mother who can't find formula.
BUT, on a positive note, Biden is now sending free crack pipes out to Americans, despite - get this - Jen Psaki lying about it:
"Yes, Safe Smoking Kits Include Free Crack Pipes. We Know Because We Got Them.
Crack pipes are distributed in safe-smoking kits up and down the East Coast, raising questions about the Biden administration's assertion that its multimillion-dollar harm reduction grant program wouldn't funnel taxpayer dollars to drug paraphernalia.
Pressed on the matter in a Feb. 9 press briefing, White House press secretary Jen Psaki issued a full-throated denial.
"They were never a part of the kit, it was inaccurate reporting," Psaki said of the pipes. "A safe smoking kit may contain alcohol swabs, lip balm, other materials to promote hygiene and reduce the transmission of diseases." ----------------------------------
Liar liar, USA on fire. But hey, maybe moms listening to their children starve can quiet their nerves by using a government issued crack pipe.

USA Today just one of the many many "news" outlets which reported that Biden's free crack pipe kit didn't actually have a crack pipe. But sadly for them, an actual newspaper with an actual reporter got five of the kits delivered to 5 different cities, and yes, they all had crack pipes.
Beyond the idiocy of sending crack pipes to crackheads on the taxpayer dime, the optics when Biden's own son is a whoring crack addict also seems... dementiaed.
All in the context of a $30,000,000,000.00 national debt and babies starving for want of formula.
I'm still waiting for the free bongs for potheads - now that's something I could get behind.
