The only real commercially successful film nominated this year, DUNE has been nominated for 10 Oscars:
"Dune has received a total of 10 nominations for the 94th annual Academy Awards, which were revealed on Thursday morning.

It really was the only truly memorable flick from last year, other than SPIDERMAN NO WAY HOME. SPIDERMAN was fun, but basically fluff.
DUNE was a worthy re-make of Lynch's masterpiece.
