Oh, real science and the current ruling class have never been very close.
The CDC changed it's definition of "vaccine" last August as it became clear that the treatments offered by pfizer, J&J, and the rest did not meet the long standing meaning (prevention of disease and prevention of spreading the disease). Instead, the CDC now says a "vaccine" need not prevent disease but is now "A preparation that is used to stimulate the body's immune response against diseases." That's verbatim from their website. Which by that watered down meaning could mean a glass of OJ and a vitamin pill. Not that the boosters even did that much, particularly if you were 35 or older (data that the CDC still won't release, along with vast amounts of other information that casts doubt on the experimental treatments). There's so much unreleased (and thus presumably not helpful to the narrative) data from the CDC that even the NY Times felt compelled this week to write that the CDC has only released, "A tiny portion" of the science.
The CDC unconvincingly explains this away by claiming that the data would lead to "mis-information".
Riiiiiiight.
Speaking of mis-information, the CDC & FDA would try to have us believe that drugs less than 2 years old - and the first ever widely spread treatment for a bio-weapon - are no longer experimental. This despite the FDA taking 16 years to approve Advil for over the counter use in the USA. And the silliness continues as today the CDC stealthily changed the benchmarks for children's speech patterns. Now children should know ~50 words at 30mo rather than 24mo.
Instead of highlighting the harmful effects masks & lockdowns have had on children, the CDC just lowered the bar for milestones.
In other words, burying the science. The same science which now overwhelmingly supports the conclusion that paper or cloth masks when worn by children to absolutely nothing over the long term to prevent the spread of airborne viruses.
Throw in nearly every death in America during 2020 being listed as caused by Covid, the acknowledgement by the CDC 2 months ago that the current rapid tests can not tell the difference between the flu and Covid, a skyrocketing of drug & alcohol deaths & jump in suicide rates, and the vilification of the wonder drug Ivermectin (which won the Nobel prize) and it's pretty clear "The Science" has virtually nothing to do with real, actual, science.
And the little fact that lockdowns did nothing and it's been a perfect storm of stupid.

You don't say.... "UK government believes Wuhan lab leak most likely COVID-19 origin: report" That's the headline from a story reported today. Not from August of 2019 when it likely first escaped the lab in Wuhan. But hey UK, you get a cookie for finally acknowledging what everyone with brain realized years ago.
Shockingly enough, the US government's official stance is that the disease, "possibly came from an animal sold at a market."
That's the only reference to the source of disease at the CDC's website and is verbatim.
Its almost certain origin from the bio-weapon lab in Wuhan is never mentioned.
Which - get this! - seems to completely ignore a crucial scientific fact. Which isn't very "science-y" is it?
But hey, you should totally take their word for it - they've earned your trust.

That the CDC will, with a straight face, tell Americans that they have no idea where Covid came says about all you need to know about trusting that particular agency.
