Fourteen were arrested for their participation in mass looting "smash and grab" operations at Los Angeles retail stores last week.
They were all released the next day.
In response to concerns over these mass criminal enterprises in Los Angeles, the mayor says there's "no cause for alarm" since the crime rates are the lowest they've been in a decade.

I love how his Majesty is maskless while his servile ministers stand around him, masks showing their second-class status.
I'm surprised he even stood among them, he should have been on a raised platform, taking his proper place as the God-King of Los Angeles, ruler of all he surveys.

To my knowledge, there has yet to be a single confirmed case of covid transmission outdoors.
